#imwayr It’s Monday! What are you reading? 3.23.15

What Are You Reading? was first hosted by Sheila at Book Journeys. If you’d rather follow folks who are reading books for grown ups, you should follow her Monday meme. I am  participating in the kidlit version of this meme (although sometimes I actually read books for grown ups).

Well, HELLO, friends! I apologize for no IMWAYR posts for the past couple of weeks – I was busy having a baby 😉 YES, I am still reading – not as much time to do it right now, of course – but, here’s what we got:

In print:  Still working on Say What You Will by Cammie McGovern. I like it even more than I did when I started reading it a few weeks ago. Excellent book. Also reading On Becoming Baby Wise by Ezzo.

Listening to: Finished Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty. Read Scary Mommy by Smokler. Started The Girl on the Train by Hawkins. I got an Audible subscription and it’s been amazing. It’s way easier to stay awake listening to a book AND it allows me to listen while nursing or doing laundry or whatever. Love it!

To Baby: Her first book was Pat the Bunny. We have also read a little black, red, and white infant book that came with a sample of formula I got and Big Dog, Little Dog. We have read these 3 books multiple times. Of course, I’m sort of reading them to myself at the moment, but I figure we need to get in the habit now – I’m a librarian, for goodness sake!

What are you reading?

PS – Baby arrived Tuesday, March 10 at 3:09pm
