#imwayr It’s Monday! What are you reading?! 2.23.15

What Are You Reading? was first hosted by Sheila at Book Journeys. If you’d rather follow folks who are reading books for grown ups, you should follow her Monday meme. I am  participating in the kidlit version of this meme (although sometimes I actually read books for grown ups).

In print:  Finished The List by Siobhan Vivian.  A quick YA read. Now reading OCD, The Dude, and Me by Vaughn. Written in journal format (along with essays that are class assignments). So far, so good! I’m also reading Sippy Cups Are Not for Chardonnay by Wilder-Taylor.  I’m reading the eBook version. I don’t normally read eBooks (I’d rather print or audio), but I accidentally purchased it, thinking it was an audio book. I like it – very funny and very truthful. It is also turning my view of eBooks around…I have a lot of time to read them…didn’t think I did…but, instead of scrolling through Facebook and Instagram while waiting in lines and at appointments, I’m reading a book. So productive!

Listening to: None of my AV holds from the public library have come in yet, so I purchased Yes, Please by Poehler from iTunes. Loving it! I had tried to read the print version of this book a couple of weeks ago and could not get into it. Listening to it is a whole other story…Poehler reads it with guest stars and it is cracking me up.

What are you reading?
