#imwayr It’s Monday! What are you reading?! 3.31.14

What Are You Reading? was first hosted by Sheila at Book Journeys. If you’d rather follow folks who are reading books for grown ups, you should follow her Monday meme. I am  participating in the kidlit version of this meme (although sometimes I actually read books for grown ups).

In Print: Invisibility by Andrea Cremer and David Levithan So, Stephen is invisible. He was born that way. No one has ever been able to see him except for this one girl, Elisabeth. I am to the point in the book now where she realizes he is invisible…really good book!

Listening to: Ask the Passengers by AS King This is about a teenage girl who is learning about herself…does she like girls? Boys? She isn’t sure. She lives in a very small town and that does not help the confusion that she feels. She often goes outside to watch airplanes and to ask the passengers for advice. I love how there are little stories of the various airline passengers interwoven through the book. Excellent YA fiction!

At school: Getting ready to talk about spring and birds with Kindergarten.
